Overview

The GoKart Status Page provides real-time updates on the availability and performance of GoKart services — including the GoKart Web App, APIs, and Postback Processing.
If we are experiencing maintenance, downtime, or performance degradation, updates will be posted there first.


How to See Updates

Subscribe to Updates:

You’ll be notified of any service disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or resolutions.

  1. Click “Subscribe to Updates.”

  2. Choose to receive alerts by Email, SMS, or Slack.

Through the GoKart Support Chatbot:

  1. Open the in-app chat (bottom right corner of your screen).

  2. You’ll see a panel with three options:

    • Ask a question — to get live help from the AI Agent or support team.

    • Create a ticket — to submit feature requests or issues.

    • Status — shows current system health and links directly to the full status page.

  3. Click the Status card to view the live status page.
