Scheduled Changes

This article explains how to use GoKart’s Scheduled Changes feature to automate future Revenue and Reward changes.

Written by GoKart Support

Overview

The Scheduled Changes feature allows you to automate future updates to an offer’s:

  • Revenue

  • Reward Points

You can schedule changes in advance for both single-event and multi-event offers, making it easier to manage promotions, payout adjustments, seasonal campaigns, and reward updates without requiring manual changes at the exact launch time.

Scheduled changes are applied automatically by GoKart at the selected date and hour.

GoKart includes a dedicated Scheduled Changes page accessible from the main navigation to create, view and manage schedule changes here:

What Can Be Scheduled

Single-Event Offers

You can schedule changes for:

  • Revenue per Conversion

  • Reward Points

Multi-Event Offers

You can schedule changes separately for each event within the offer.

Example

  • Install event → Revenue update

  • Purchase event → Reward update

  • Level Complete event → Revenue + Reward update

Creating a Scheduled Change
