Overview
The Scheduled Changes feature allows you to automate future updates to an offer’s:
Revenue
Reward Points
You can schedule changes in advance for both single-event and multi-event offers, making it easier to manage promotions, payout adjustments, seasonal campaigns, and reward updates without requiring manual changes at the exact launch time.
Scheduled changes are applied automatically by GoKart at the selected date and hour.
GoKart includes a dedicated Scheduled Changes page accessible from the main navigation to create, view and manage schedule changes here:
What Can Be Scheduled
Single-Event Offers
You can schedule changes for:
Revenue per Conversion
Reward Points
Multi-Event Offers
You can schedule changes separately for each event within the offer.
Example
Install event → Revenue update
Purchase event → Reward update
Level Complete event → Revenue + Reward update

Managing Scheduled Changes
View Pending Changes
Users can view all upcoming scheduled changes for an offer/event from the Scheduled Changes page.
Edit Pending Changes
Before the schedule change is applied, users can update:
Scheduled date/hour
Revenue value
Reward value
Delete Pending Changes
Pending scheduled changes can be cancelled before they are applied.
Scheduling Rules & Limits
General
Only future dates and times can be selected
Scheduling uses hour-level precision only
Scheduled changes can be created up to 1 year in advance
Maximum Pending Changes
Maximum pending scheduled changes:
5 per field
Per offer/event

Duplicate Prevention
GoKart prevents scheduling multiple changes

Timezone
Scheduled changes are displayed according to the user’s configured timezone in their profile. When creating a scheduled change, the date/time picker operates in the user’s timezone setting
