Setting Up Your Profile in GoKart

This guide walks you through each tab in your profile so you can fully configure your account.

Your Profile section controls your company information, team access, postback settings, rewards configuration, and callback behavior.


1. General

Use this tab to update your personal account information and login security settings.


2. Company

This section controls your company’s branding and contact information.

Company Details

  • Upload Logo – Add a logo shown across your GoKart workspace

  • Company Name – Display name for your organization

  • Website Link – optional link for branding and visibility

  • Phone Number – Optional contact field


3. Team

GoKart allows users to manage team access directly within the platform. If you need to invite a new team member, you can do so in just a few steps.

  1. Click + Add team member

  2. Enter the user’s email

  3. Click Save

The user will receive an email to join your GoKart workspace.

Click the red trash can icon next to the user’s name to remove a team member.


4. Rewards

Use this section to define how rewards display in your Offer Wall.

  • Offer Wall title – Custom title shown to your users

  • Currency name – Name of your in-app rewards currency (e.g., Coins, Points)

  • Reward conversion ratio – Defines how many units of currency equal $1 USD

  • Percentage of revenue to give as a reward – Determines what portion of the revenue is returned to users as rewards. Used to calculate the default reward ratio during offer creation.

  • Currency Logo – Upload a custom icon for your reward currency.


5. Postback

Find and configureyour Global Postback URL which can be used across all tracking systems that support server-to-server (S2S) postback notifications.
