FAQs
What does synced vs. unsynced mean?
Synced: we are actively fetching offer details from the Revu API. Synced offers will appear in your offer management and can be displayed on your offerwall.
Unsynced: These offers are not fetched from the Revu API and will not appear in your offer management or on your offerwall.
What does Active vs. Paused vs Pending mean?
Active: The offer is live and visible to users.
Paused: The offer is not live but remains synced, meaning it can be activated at any time.
Pending: the offer is synced but according to RevU there is no available budget. Will become active once available.
How is the reward calculated for RevU offers?
GoKart pulls the reward based on the ratio you’ve configured in your RevU OfferwallID settings. If this ratio differs from your the ratio in GoKart your GoKart Profile (e.g., 100 reward points = $1), it may result in a higher or lower reward. This gives you flexibility in handling RevU offers differently from your GoKart Reward Ratio.
