Automatic Rewarding
With automatic rewarding, conversions are automatically marked as Success once the pending period (if any) has elapsed.
Pending time = 0: The conversion is marked as Success immediately, and the callback to your server is sent right away.
Pending time > 0: The conversion remains in Pending for the specified number of days before automatically transitioning to Success.
What is Pending Time?
Pending means a conversion has been recorded but is not yet finalized as Success or Rejected.
The pending time defines the review window during which admins can reject conversions.
If no action is taken during this period, the system automatically marks the conversion as Success after the pending time has elapsed and the member receives the reward.
Manual Rewarding
With manual rewarding, conversions do not automatically transition to Success.
Instead:
Conversions are initially set to Pending.
Conversions stay Pending until admins manually review each conversion and approve or reject it.
This method is typically used for campaigns requiring extra scrutiny, allowing for:
Corrections or evaluations before finalizing rewards
Fraud prevention measures
Greater control over sensitive conversions
